Welcome to Lakesea Park. By booking a stay or using our facilities, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be secured with a valid payment method.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.
  • Full payment or deposit requirements will be communicated at the time of booking.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 10:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made within the specified cancellation window (as advised at booking) may be eligible for a refund or credit.
  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment.

4. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are expected to respect fellow visitors, staff, and the natural environment.
  • Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved in designated areas.

5. Use of Facilities

  • Facilities such as BBQ areas, sports courts, playgrounds, and camp kitchens are available for guest use only.
  • Guests must follow all posted rules and instructions when using park facilities.
  • Lakesea Park is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse of facilities.

6. Liability

  • Guests enter and use the park at their own risk.
  • Lakesea Park is not liable for theft, loss, damage to personal property, or personal injury, except where required by law.
  • We recommend travel insurance for all guests.

7. Environment & Wildlife

  • Lakesea Park is located in a natural bush and coastal environment.
  • Guests must not feed or harm wildlife and should exercise caution around native animals.
  • Fires are only permitted in designated areas and must comply with current fire restrictions.

8. Privacy

  • Any personal information collected during booking is used solely for reservation and communication purposes.
  • We will not share your details with third parties except where required by law.

9. Amendments

  • Lakesea Park reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our website.
